About Our Founder

Kim O’Leary brings a grounded, intuitive approach to movement rooted in awareness, clarity, and respect for the body’s innate wisdom. Guided by the insight that our body and our way of being in the world are inherently connected, she blends the precision of classical Pilates with neurofascial intelligence in an embodied movement practice that supports vitality, resilience, and ease.

Her teaching invites presence over performance and insight over force. Each practice becomes an opportunity to move with intention, listen inwardly, and meet ourselves with clarity and compassion — allowing strength and stability to emerge without strain.

Through Pilates Rising, Kim celebrates the beauty of conscious aging — an ongoing practice of aligning strength and softness, resilience and grace, as we rise into deeper connection and wholeness.

The deeper I move into this work, the more I appreciate that awareness itself is the practice — not perfection or force, but a subtle, expansive unfolding through movement.

Through this unfolding, we meet ourselves as we are — learning to sense, shift, and realign. Each conscious practice builds strength and grace from within, reminding us that vitality doesn’t fade with time; it deepens through presence.
