About Our Founder

Kim O’Leary brings 20 years of teaching experience guided by the insight that the most important relationship we have is the relationship with ourselves. “Our body and our way of being in the world are inherently linked. How we perceive ourselves and others, and how we relate to life is stored in the body. Restoring natural, unified movement transforms your body and reveals a deeper connection to oneself and others.”

Inspired by Joseph Pilates philosophy “change happens through movement and movement heals”, Kim began her first Comprehensive Training with Power Pilates, a leading educator of classical Pilates. She has also completed Master Instructor and Advanced Teacher Training at The Pilates Center of Boulder (TPC), regarded as the Harvard of Pilates Teacher Training Programs. In addition to certification in all levels of MELT Method instruction, Kim holds a unique blend of credentials related to the study of dynamic, integrated movement and maintains a strong commitment to lifelong learning to discover fuller potential as a student and a teacher.

What is RISING in you? The more I learn the more I want to teach in service to our collective healing. I believe in the transformative power of movement to liberate ourselves from limited choices and self-esteem deflating beauty standards.
